Shaw Brothers’ new 400-ton/hour (operational 24/7) Astec asphalt plant is one of the most environmentally friendly plants in New England. The plant has eight virgin cold feed bins and three RAP bins, four 200-ton heated silos, Illinois Fines System, double-barrel drum drying and mixing technology all powered by natural gas. This plant will be capable of servicing all of Shaw Brothers needs along with our customer base.

We manufacture Maine DOT spec. Superpave hot-asphalt mix designs, including 9.5mm,12.5mm, 19.0mm, Porous, Polymer Modified, ME Turnpike Blend as well as custom asphalt mix designs. More mix additives available upon request. For custom mix designs, contact us.
