After producing asphalt since 2008 on a small scale using our subsidiary, Commercial Paving in Scarborough, we have sold our plant to Soderberg Construction in Caribou, Maine. Having already decided to produce asphalt using only our new 400-ton plant in Gorham, this sale will free up space at our Scarborough location to allow for expanded stockpiles and additional material sales similar to our gravel pits.
